Our technical personnel comprises 6 qualified engineers working at site, and in charge of estimation and quality control. They are supported by 15 horticultural supervisors whose expertise in the usage of fertilizers and pesticides, transplanting of trees and garden maintenance under the guidance of Sekar James are unsurpassed. Our project co-ordinators are involved in movement of material and labour to sites, timeframe management, site meetings etc. The design studio comprises 10 well-trained architectural assistants involved in designing and detailing under Sekar James' guidance, producing more than 2,500 drawings per year.

At present we have more than 75 projects on hand. Our projects are a study in diversity, ranging from Hotels, Country Clubs, Townships, Beach Houses, Villas, Condominiums, Shopping Malls, Industrial complexes, Information Technology Parks etc. Presently the Projects at hand are valued at US $ 2,000,000, with projects worth another US $ 1,500,000 in the contractual stages. We are extremely proud to say that we can handle any project, of any volume and value with our vast infrastructure and capability.
