Located in the heart of Bangalore,'Diamond District' is one of the most prestigious projects of the 'India Builders' group. With more than 900 condominiums set in a ring of 13 acres, the landscape was always going to be the cynosure of all eyes.

Our responsibility was to design and create the largest residential pool in south India, all of 12,500 sq.ft. It features cascades, multiple level pools, a paddle pool and tropical islands springing through the floor. Large gazebo and pavilions emerge from the landscape overlooking the pool, providing excellent vantage points to enjoy the setting.

The club house features our state of the art spa pool (jacuzzi) seating upto 6 people, and our sauna and steam rooms, accomodating upto 10 people each.

The entire landscape and pool come alive at night with the best in lighting we have to offer, evoking a sense of a tropical resort, rather than a residential setting.
